Celebrate Arbor Day with the City of El Cajon! Spring Into El Cajon is 10am-2pm on April 18, 2026, at Renette Park & Center (935 Emerald Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020). Spring into El Cajon is a new community event bringing people together for a joyful, environmentally themed day that promotes community pride, sustainability, and connection.

Enjoy free, family-friendly activities, nature experiences, and educational fun for all ages!

Activities include:

• Free train rides
• Movie in the park
• Food trucks
• Bounce houses
• Arts & crafts
• Live performances
• Preschool story time hosted by Parks & Recreation staff
• Demonstration and sample classes for dance and Tiny Tot programs
